I was wondering how many investors here have tenants they fear they will need to evict due to the moratorium being lifted? 

I understand about the insurance and liability but it is a sad state of affairs that kids can't have a swing set because of the fear of a lawsuit.

If she can trust you enough to get started then you can educate the fear out of her.

But if you have any fear of going into those areas, this is not for you.

We were starting to get a little concerned, since that place is right downtown in a nice small town tourist market.I'm attributing it to a) weather getting better, and b) fears about the economy abating somewhat....Anyone else noticed a sudden pickup?

Additionally, since the funds are revolving the appreciation portion the government receives upon sale (or repayment of the loan) is re-invested into the program allowing more first time home buyers to take advantage of the program in the future.I do not understand how the rolling out of this program is cause for fears of a looming crash, these are not predatory loans. 

I fear what will happen with my property years from now when I decide to sell.
