We fear that we have an amazing opertunity that will be wasted because of current inflation and uncertainty in the market.

I fear that my purchasing power will be low since I am trying to get another loan but the bank only sees one of the properties as an investment property. 

I bought this unit on the onset of COVID-19 fears and right before I moved to Hawaii via military orders.

The reason people hide behind property manager is because they fear confrontation or don't want to be the "bad guy" saying no.

I wouldn't give him a copy of my DL, but I could certainly show it to him in person or find some way to allay his fears.

Since then, I've gone onto obtain several rental properties, mentor multiple new investors, initiate and manage several RE joint ventures and obtain my Master's Degree in Real Estate, all as a part time investor.I'm conducting research for a book I'll be publishing later this year that addresses the initial fears/concerns that all new RE investors face when purchasing that very first rental property. 

Then I had the fear of "what did I miss?"

im looking at Durham or Charlotte to buy. im planning a trip to charlotte in the next 60 days. im hungry for this to be my year and not let the past few years fear hold me back. any tips or suggestions on how to get a rental property as a smooth process/tips to get it in this market or best way to get two spots this year would be greatly appreciated 

I fear that he is going to refuse to fix it at this time and we are going to end up in court over this.Any advice is greatly appreciated!
