This resulted in a $200k judgment against me in favor of the guy who sold me the business (Everyone had sued him for fraud but because I didn't have enough money to fully prosecute the lawsuit, I ended up owing him- after he had sold the same business twice!).

The cost of the repairs is what scars me though, I wish I stayed there with my team I would be all over that deal today and if the numbers came out to my favor I would pull the trigger and offer $7k-$8k first to see if they will come down on price even more because they sound Motivated!!!

We are really concerned about being taken and them keeping our money because if them defaulting or not doing their due diligence and then we would never see that money again because if the term and conditions on their page favoring the seller so heavily it feels scammish.
