I tell them that rent is the very first thing that they need to pay out of their paycheck, because without a roof over their heads they don’t have any private place to lay their head, to change their clothes, to take a bath, to go to sleep or any place to STORE THEIR STUFF!

I have utilized NetWorth in Austin on a few deals and they have been fantastic. 

I have a fantastic opportunity as all of my expenses for at least the next 3 months have been paid for, so I would absolutely appreciate any advice for how to maximize this time for jump-start my career.

First there is @Ann Bellamy and @Nick Aalerud that host free, fantastic, informative meetings called Black Diamond.

That is where retailers struggled the last 10 years figuring out how to make all the pieces work properly.90% of almost all retail closures last year where clothing and furniture  store related.

Whether it is investing in a startup business, the stock market, or real estate investing, i just can't stop researching about all these fantastic ideas. 

I showed a house today in a fantastic neighborhood of Minneapolis that I think would make a great short term rental house.
