just wondering of any multifamily investors on here that live/invest in corpus christi,Texas ?

I live in Sacramento & own a home & trying to buy a rental property but prices are crazy high in my locality and even in the whole of California.

How long have these specific tenants lived in it?

The other obvious benefit is clean living and sustainability :) Let me know your thoughts!

Hi Blair, I don't own any properties over there yet, but I lived and got my degree in civil engineering at the University of Fortaleza.

I have already gotten my living trust out of the way a while ago, so Seth said he would discount my contract.
