You're buying a home with the knowledge this problem exists; figure it out.

Another nice thing is that these websites allow you to see how many of these properties exist in your neighborhood before before you purchase the owner's contact information. 

Nationwide rates hit a lows - so there has really never been a better time "spread" wise.Moreover, the FED has printed so much money (~25% of all dollars in existence were created during COVID).

Account Closed If you have solid buyers and know what land they are looking to purchase, marketing to the existing owners of land that meets that criteria can be super lucrative. 

So you couldn't rent a unit out to pre-existing tenants? 

There is definitely an economy of scale that exists as well.
