Does FHA loan get counted in the four loan limit that many banks has?

If I go to my local bank to get a mortgage on the property and they appraise it for 70k, how much would they write me a check for?

After talking to a few people I decide on going with a 20 year bank note amortized over 20.

I recently learned that Union Bank can do it in Northern California.

What interest rate did you get for this 30 year and what bank did you use?
