What are the typical financing requirements for a mid size commercial multifamily. 8-24 units?

Egress windows, size of bedrooms, stuff like that. 

Investing in physical real estate requires a large time commitment, as well as stores of revenue for employing building maintenance professionals and making required repairs or installations as needed.

That's even if they let you retire a large amount of people have been getting the boot and it not because they were bad but it was a way for the military to down size and due to their budget cuts !!! 

It's not all that big on profit but it would be a nice size profit for a first timer like me, also I would really want to get my feet wet and actually take action and I could really use that profit money and use it to my next flip and so on. 

I am working with an architect on an 11,000 sf R1 lot I have in Los Angeles CA90065 He says he can build two houses on the lot due to the size.

Hopefully it won't be long before I need to employ what I find for my first income property.
