The bedroom is covered in clothes that are soaked in dog feces and urine.

YOu could put something under contract and then sell it to someone else under a double close and you make a little money. 

But the property would never do that because of its design and limitations, so in order to make money, I'd have to either create more space/more bedrooms, or wait for the area to improve.

It's a mirror of itself which is why you see "3 Bed / 2 Bath" in the description, but the report has double those.  

That usually means mini blinds, but occasionally will mean a roller shade or even some type of sheer curtains in unusual situations.

Also, how does a double close work?

It is very well built but what really piqued my interest was the potential to convert the formal dining to a 4th bedroom simply by adding a door. 

I’ve been buying here for the last 2 years and plan to double up my portfolio before mid next year.
