You will need enough allies to take over the board in the next election or the one after that, depending on how many seats are open each time.Just as people with bad dogs think it's no big deal to have their dogs destroying property, barking and creating fear in neighbors, many people who own commercial vehicles, trailers, unused portable basketball hoops and junk cars have no appreciation that other people don't like their stuff and don't want to look at it.

The area is a desirable, multifunctional development with town homes, apartments, upscale shops and restaurants, dog park, walking paths, lake with a fountain, etc..

We did talk and agreed to their large dog, but later discovered it is NOT a good idea on a new engineered wood floor. 

He has a no pet policy - no cat no dog no bird no lizard.So one of his tenants asked if he can keep a dog for about a month, the dog belongs to his sister who is taking a month long cruise and needs him to baby sit the dog. 

I feel that our prices are approaching 2004-2005 levels, just before stupidity took over and banks gave loans to dogs, cats, etc.

It's going to look MUCH better, plus will help people visualize themselves using the backyard for kids, dogs, barbecuing, entertaining, etc, all the usual backyard activities.Since there is plenty of on-street parking available, there's no real need to sacrifice the backyard... but if someone wants that, they can still easily do it.
