Following what i've learned from a training program I'm taking, I've reached out to Craigslist to get some leads on distressed properties.  

I run two private equity funds which invest in distressed mortgage debt and our subscribers essentially spread the risk across multiple assets for a reasonable preferred return. 

Also she just reported a crack in the wall as distressing her too.

My business partners and I are looking to become a supplier of distressed properties for a company that opperates in Orange and Osceola County.

We are looking at one now that is pretty distressed.

This was the idea behind it; job growth and driving property tax revenue to distressed census tracts.

Purchase price: $20,000 Distressed Duplex.

If it is for a flip, then I want it to be dated and distressed, because it will all come out anyhow. 

That's all wholesaling is, it's brokering real estate except instead of being up front & telling the distressed seller that you'll sell their property for X amount & take X amount as your commission / fee you are taught to lie to the seller & pretend you are going to buy the property while you secretly attempt to "assign" your contract.It doesn't work.
