@Bria Johnson in my local area I have begun direct mail marketing for local run down houses that I can send to local flippers for finders fees.

And for the floor (which will be about 50-60 sq ft) 1/2 inch small tile flooring.

I'll keep you posted - just put a small investment ($1,000) in it this week to see.

Based on their website it looks like a fairly small municipality so you should be able to get clarity fairly quickly.

I can send you to someone who does SBA direct ( was in Ziggerat building but they moved office to Long Beach) but it will take 60 -80 days for them to get it completed.
