Tenants aren’t going to make renewal decisions over a de minimis increase.

I'm talking about reinvesting proceeds in Delaware Statutory Trusts.  

Particularly Green Bay to Oshkosh so Appleton, Neenah, De Pere, Menasha, Kaukauna, Little Chute, Kimberly (trying to make sure I get hit on people keywords) are all towns I am interested in.I am currently investing in Iron Mountain and have 20 units between two buildings.

Hi Raza,I manage multiple weekly vacation homes throughout southern Delaware.

Greetings BP, My wife and I have four rental properties, all tenant occupied (two in SC, one in DE, one in VA). 

My home state is Illinois and I am considering Delaware, Nevada, or Wyoming to form my series LLC due to the cost but yet do business in Illinois.
