What a strange market that is…. 9 mil visitors with similar attractions but the numbers aren’t even close. 

You are trying to attract high quality tenants, not people looking for a mom and pop landlord they can easily take advantage of. 

They’re in highly desirable places that should be positioned to hold their attraction for tenants and resale value for years to come.

Also need help with designing the place.

But you can also have them create your web design and integrate all of your prospects, clients and contractors for a little more.
