When in doubt I learn towards education but one cannot deny that the "bro marketing" that we see out there with the whole "check out this real estate deal check" is considered compelling by many so I can't really knock it.

I mentioned to be legal one just needs to line up their financing so they can come into title and sell what they own.. regulators are not stupid there is a ton of abuse in this area. led by unlicensed beginners who totally foul up poor sellers.. thats my point.. but I appreciate your point and you are free to express it.. but thats what makes the world go round.

Then, some family member gets wind of the sale (after closing), thinks they got juked out fof big money (whether appropriate or not) and then they pull the fraud and ELDER ABUSE card out and there are judges that will unwind an entire deal for elder abuse and CPS gets involved and it's ugly.
