How can I affectively interact with customers without negotiating like an agent?

@Darrie Bennett To me customized forms are a luxury and I put the money into marketing at this point.

The utility wants new customers and might just do it for free like that.

I currently sell cars as my "DAY JOB" and statistics will tell you that 81% of customers said they bought from you because they LIKED TRUSTED AND RESPECTED you.  

Our main business is building new custom energy efficient homes. 

Speaking for myself... we provide our customers realistic schedules, and we're good at sticking to them (Barring acts of God or delays beyond our control)I would tend to say that if you have a contractor that you have to prod to get to completion dates, you've either hired the wrong kind of contractor or you set an unrealistic completion date.TL;DR - Hire a professional who will do what he said he will do.

What i like most about Lett's is they are very timely on work orders and provide excellent customer service to both tenants and owners. 

Since I am still fairly new with this company, I can't offer any insight into their customer service, reliability etc but it may be worth looking into.With a free month trial and the basic plan at $12/month, it's hard not to give it a shot.
