Speaking for myself... we provide our customers realistic schedules, and we're good at sticking to them (Barring acts of God or delays beyond our control)I would tend to say that if you have a contractor that you have to prod to get to completion dates, you've either hired the wrong kind of contractor or you set an unrealistic completion date.TL;DR - Hire a professional who will do what he said he will do.

Since I am still fairly new with this company, I can't offer any insight into their customer service, reliability etc but it may be worth looking into.With a free month trial and the basic plan at $12/month, it's hard not to give it a shot.
