Hey guys just  creating some dialogue but if you were going to buy and hold in a new market what would be some great questions to vet a property management company?  

Most of the time, the town will not want you to do it.

I get the gist of this but not completely sure how it works out also would it be smart to use a private money lender for gap funding in order to come with the capital needed to get approved for the fix and flip funding?

To top it off when I told them they need to pay for 1 day they’re staying over they have ignored my messages.

I finally have some time to visit Indy this weekend (10/26-10/29) and would love to attend any local real estate events while I’m there.

However, I'm finding it challenging to network with other investors in the area.
