Go to meet ups and talk to people after a couple months of networking you will find someone that you can help.

Yes I did go to the auction and was able to pickup 2 properties, the deeds will be mailed in couple of weeks.It was a great opportunity - more than 400 properties and less crowd/competitors (July 4th week, ppl took days off)

We text her the dates of the reservations for the next couple of weeks and have a digital lock with her own code so we know when she comes and goes.

But I would borrow 100K at 5% that I knew I could rent for enough that not only would it be paying the principal down on the mortgage a couple hundred bucks every month, but also cash flowing (after all expenses and vacancy, etc.) a couple hundred bucks every month.

., I believe Lima One Capital had a non recourse option when I refinanced with them a couple of years ago, but I do not remember for sure.

@Jay Hinrichs This was my initial thought and I talked to my accountant and he said that I could potentially rent it out for a couple of years and still pay no tax.

Good Evening, I purchased a tax lien a couple years ago for a vacant lot in Sarasota off of Fruitville Rd near Bobby Jones Golf Club. 

He has investments there and over the last couple of years has been investing in Indiana - NW Indiana & Indianapolis.
