You'll be stuck with a ton of high interest debt, bills you can't pay, and no credit left to continue the scheme.

@Kameisha Campbell this is all great advice, when you have a small monthly budget you can continue doing that as well as some other ways that are low cost

If i do end up buying this property i think i will continue with this method, although i definitely am not looking to go and pickup cash 1x/month either! 

Just like in any multi values are driven by cap rates.in retail home owner real estate does not matter.. if you don't have enough housing and you have great job growth or sustainable then you have apprection just based on building cost going higher.

So find an asset protection firm to get you set up and protected correctly not when you start, and for growth. 

Unfortunate, but not a surprise.The more ignorant laws the stupid politicians pass in CA and a few other states, the better it is for those of us operating in relatively business friendly states as jobs and residents continue to flee those anti-business locations.

As soon as I'm finished though I wan't to continue learning as much as possible about real estate investing.
