We put a wall between the two bathrooms so they were each separate and removed the fiberglass shower and tiled the master shower.

@Eric Michaels said it best, it depends on each property.Here is a short list (not all inclusive and not in any specific order) of the most common (not necessarily the least costly) rehab items that add the most value to a home:Kitchens, master baths, curb appeal, flooring, paint, bathroom upgrades, & correcting a poor or constrained floor plan.
