Most people don't know what a public adjuster is even, and that's unfortunate, because we really provide a great service, ESPECIALLY for investors (landlords in particular) who have properties with tenants who cause damage, whether the damage was on purpose or on accident.I don't think I'm aloud to go into details of what we fully offer on here since we aren't in the marketplace, ha.

I just want to share the formula to new wholesalers because I have been getting deals that don't make sense for myself or my investor clients and in order for you to get a good wholesale deal to your Cash Buyers you need to know this formula.

Never in a million years would I say to a prospective client, "Are we going to do this deal or not?"

So you basically approach a potential partner, like a luxury designer, wellness practitioner or tour guide and offer to help promote them to your clients.
