The word is out... it's the place were I grew up and spend time with my brother and family.Beyond the city of Lancaster, Lititz is a great place to check out too.Good luck! 

I think this would be the way to go around all the mountains and tourist areas.

Every city/town is different but ours requires a 10 day pay or quit notice before filing.  

Anyone have a really excellent, investor friendly broker who is not afraid to make offers in Kansas City?
