Hello biggerpockets community im planing change my kitchen in the current condo where Im living(future renting) may I know cheaper options to find a good prices for kitchen including instalation?

I mean that bottom right picture is easily north of a $10k shower by itself.Could you find someone to do it cheaper?

We're concerned about the market being too hot, but it'll still be cheaper to own vs rent. 

Some investors chase cheaper properties sub 50k and buy from afar.

I am seeking advice on weather to replace it with pressure treated wood (cheaper) or composite (lower maintenance).

Other than cold calls to random insurance companies when trying to find cheaper insurance for my rentals, is there another way to narrow down the search? 

After reading through my post there are significant grammatical errors but wanted to clarify I still own and self-manage the cheaper of the two units.

Mark Allen Like the contractors of J Scott or Aaron McGinnis and our company, we don't strive for work, we have plenty, we know our costs, we know our profits, if any client wants it more cheaper, they can hit the road and find the guy with a truck and tools who doesn't pay taxes and workers comp.

My goal is to decrease my taxable income and have 35 k a month for retirement in 20years.
