I have a two duplex new construction project that I'm running personally and its really simple if you know the business.

For part of my graduation project for senior year, I have to partner with a business and provide a service to them that will in turn grow their company.

Over the past year I have begun developing a new way of carrying out my business and that is by finding off market gems! 

Hello,We are in the process of setting up our LLC and are hoping to get some pointers on good local banks for small businesses.  

It is a business and should be treated and run as a business.

It will be interesting to see how many of these investors are still in the business in a few years with the foundations they sadly believe will serve as a stepping stone into the better situated assets you pointed to.

These two businesses work hand in hand to ensure that people are getting the best day to day and long term advice possible.Just curious, what are the concerns you have with your current manager?

Our rents come in like clockwork and we are able to increase rents annually with the COLA afforded through HUD which makes it a pretty simple business model.  

Once you get really busy (because you're good) you start charging more. 

I'd be sure to go to some local meetups as well to find investors in your area and offer to do electrical work for them in exchange for helping you learn the business.
