Spending your time taking them to court to seek a judgment and turning it over to collections is unlikely to produce anything.

To the businesses that pay employees and hit every bodies pay check, to the real estate owners and jack up property taxes, to bank accounts and brokerage accounts and increase tax on gains.

If that business continues to be run well, you can expect it to continue to grow and produce more and more profit year after year.So why isn’t everyone doing this?
