I don't know if whoever did this is experienced or a novice but I'd guess, if they used a belt sander, they went a short dstance and stopped for a second and then started again.

Every fix doesn't have to be a belt-and-suspenders solution every time.

I am fairly new myself and only have a few investments under my belt. 

Some cold belt states I have heard of 6 months before in some cases.I have never heard of someone owning these properties for many years and saying they love it.

Newly motivated to get rental property under my belt with all investments held inside LLCs.I plan to relocate to Texas within the next year but looking at Morris\ Memphis Invest and other Turnkey providers for rentals with the potential of some being in other states.
