@Timothy Doyle no data to share, but I think the people who will value/use smart home automation the most are the ones who will want to tinker with/build their own system.

Additionally, if you are attempting to use a 3 year balloon to circumvent a borrower's potential right to redeem the instrument - that may not work.  

The rest is automated all the way till I print the letter and put it in the mail.
