My tip: spend enough time studying one to realize a narrative that can evolve into a concept which can be refined with continuous DCFA into a viable project. 

If it's a more intensive version of the the Phase 1 and just ends up saying the same thing in more detail and adds that testing is the next thing that needs to happen,  then why spend thousands for that?  

On a personal note, while the home has a cool factor to it, the interior flow of these homes can be a little disjointed  due to the shape and I would spend a lot of time on the design to minimize these issues if possible. 

If you spray, you'll spend a lot of time taping off.

Yes I think I'd rather spend a little more money and be with a larger more reputable company.

Keep in mind these people are receiving assistance to pay you every month.
