Should we be able to get financing for this with our apparent lack of experience, but solid credit and 25% down?

More people living downtown --->need more living space, but lack of building space -----> convert office (and some industrial) to living space----> less office space------>more demand for office due to less inventory. 

Is it possible to sign PA with my end buyer (which I know personally) have them give me/title company (I have to witness close at a in town closing agency)  the funds, which I then in return wire funds to my first closing, and give my end buyer a quit claim deed to the property and not have to formally do a second closing, they know they already have to wait a few weeks before the other title is filed. 

It's the lack of effort that makes you think twice.

We are however displeased with the lack of communication from this company...they do not respond with emails or phone calls...when we have inquired about invoices for services...and a very high pest control bill showed up...which they took out of our rental income...without even notifying us of this expense.

This could be great news for your Agency Business but not so much for your Investor Business.Investor Business...buy a patch of land and build a Tiny Home Community :)TX could be an interesting landscape between this year and 2018...fingers crossed!

Hi BP Members,I need to get an account for Experian skip tracing services.I have a commercial space which I use for my real estate business, locked doors, etc.I have a business license, and real estate license.So the site inspection is not what I'm inquiring about, but it sounds like the application service is difficult to be accepted.From speaking with a sales representative it sounds like they only want collection agency companies to gain access to their data and services, so I'm considering getting a collection agency license as a means of getting access to Experian.If anyone could please provide a solution or advice on how I should proceed with getting an account with Experian it would greatly be appreciated.Thank you.

We do fine financially, but they look at that he has only been employed for 6 months, and this company hires through a temp agency, Then they higher about every 6 months permanent workers from that.

My question is how would I go about finding these people if the address list source or another agency had on them was the wrong address?

Not all agencies will, but you can insure it.
