Both have homes that probably are behind in updates and repairs so they won't be expecting top dollar for the house.Always be sure that whatever list you get that it has been run through the National Change of Address (NCOA).

He also recommends bringing in specialists if he sees something that may be a concern but is outside his area of expertise.I do not know your level of experience but often when you read a home inspection report they make the property sound like the place is a piece of s**t but most of the items a decent handyman can take care of in a couple of days for a few hundred dollars.

Especially if you can get a few address of properties currently for sale (or recently sold), you can see if the properties and the neighborhoods match up with the sales pitch.
