To find active BP members in your area, you can search recent forum posts for "Kansas City" and see if anyone near you has posted lately.

Need more activity than that.

I recently discovered this site and am amazed at how active it is! 

Those of us in the business full time tend to have much different criteria (our cash is working actively all the time for higher returns).

We don't have any active raises right now, but we will have some in the future.  

I'm actively pursuing the fundamentals of real estate investing.

Disclosing and also having in text in the lease  agreement that you will sub-lease and the seller is ok with you managing that process, then still not a licensed activity per my understanding.  

Make sure to ask tons of questions and get very active!

I'm curious to see if anyone has some input on these issues - right, wrong or indifferent - esp if they are active in the market, like Jay and a few others.
