Accidentally sent before I finished the sentence.Anyway - I'd worry more about making the main bathroom a little more appealing.

However, if the lease says rent is due on the 1st, enforce the late fee and continue to press back on the tenant.

If you know the laws, you won't accidentally break them.

I don't think I want to put up six car frames side by side and deal with tenants accidentally hit one pole pulling in and backing out, or having to take them down every hurricane watch or for cleaning. 

Its like pressing on a super heavy clutch, but the car doesn't accelerate even when you floor it.

Obviously the tenant might worry about if they write a second check the first one will also be accidentally  deposited and they are out double the money.  

Excellent plan.Jesus wept.Ok , do you think that if you press charges for passing bad checks will come back against  the landlord ?     

This was an accidental landlord setup, where we purchased a new primary residence and couldn't sell the first residence without incurring heavy losses.

Could it have been accidentally shredded?
