If we do have a partner I want to make sure they are well capitalized with insurance or pension fund capital.The issue with the underwriting of the private lending crowdfunding platforms (or really most national lenders) is that one: it's hard to dedicate significant underwriting time and effort to loans under $1m - it's becomes check the box - and if lenders aren't in the local market, the nuances (one side or the other of the street, or one end of the zip code) aren't captured in the underwriting.

I’d say in very general terms Thao we are mostly correct but do not take into account the breakdown of areas within each zip code.

I wouldn't pay the extra for faucet holes as it takes all of 90 seconds to zip through. 3cm granite only and standard edging profiles should be included also. 2cm with a double edge can be used but not something on care for myself.
