I’m looking for a realtor in the Boone-West Jefferson-Blowing Rock area that has rental properties (including short-term rentals) and is taking on new clients.

Specifically, I’m referring to the fact the some larger, more pricey areas on the west coast, seem to be experiencing a pullback in the housing prices.  

South End and West End of Hartford are okay.

being a west coast flyer we look out for big rocks.. out there in flat land country I was dogging radio towers 2 and 3k feet in the air  … different experience.. of course we are used to cruising much higher than a lot of the guys I talk to that fly GA out east.. 

It has such a great track record to date doing that, after all.And Greece should have its debt forgiven by Germany because it's the right thing to do after ten years of forced austerity driving the suicide rate up, sending a whole generation to work abroad, destroying the very fabric of Greek culture!

the only thing better is at least they are not contemplating buying D class rentals in the mid west  LOL

I’m building a team and systems in place for long-term investments in the North Alabama area, and potentially in select places in central and west Florida (I still have long term interests there).Short term, I will be concentrating on rental properties, and eventually would like to expand into commercial spaces.I’m definitely open to networking and collaborating.

Definitely rougher and id probably classify this as closer to a D than B area, but some people are heavy on it because of west milwaukee and the 5th ward/walkers point to the east.Rents for $900 - Which one?

The west side is seeing a lot of improvement as is Bergen Lafayette but try to stay within a couple of blocks of the light rail.
