Update after one week: Closing purchase costs came in around $8,000:$4,500 in lender fees/points $2500 in title/legal work (including multi-member LLC creation) $1000 transfer feesOur total cash outlay up to this point is $18,523 and we owe a note of $119,283 at 9.375%.

So, I've posted on this since around May 2018 when I first started it and I wanted to give anyone who cares an update since 2019 was my first full year doing it.

I am concerned with shoddy workmanship and I also want to update the brick fireplace facade from brick to stone tile, and validate the repair is done correctly.

He paid about $2600 in rent ($1100 went to Realtor) for almost 8 months in an updated condo.  

Wanted to get some updated feedback.

All we did was add a few decorations and update the bedding and listed it to airbnb!

The services include house manuals, key/code exchange, handling repairs and incidents during and after the stay, cleaning, counting inventory, and updating photos/information on the listing website.
