I'm Valentina and I'm super excited to have found BiggerPockets!

I was focused on single family rentals, but I think I may turn some attention to 5+ unit multifamilies to see if that's my next step.It was also a great way to meet like minded people and to learn from them.  

We would like to get into this business and start off with a single family home flip SOON! 

Now that it's happening I'm super nervous and just worried about closing on the deal.

It sounds like they lived in it for 75% of the 2 years needed for full exclusion of gain ($250K if single or $500K if married).  

I have a single family property (480 sq ft) that I need to get done before the tenant moves in.

Our goal is to acquire a mixture of properties single-family and multifamily to buy  and hold

I'm not super experienced, but I did go for my real estate license a couple of years ago.  

I'm looking to fix up my single family home and then sell it to move to another area.

Maybe buying a single family and renting rooms would be a better option for you.
