They do not have any faith in this program and IMO are simply looking to make positive headlines before their quarterly reports after the shellacking they took for the debit card fee plan.I foresee a lot of activity for individual investors and still plenty of opportunity for many years to come.

I was given until the end of the "bank quarter" (June 28th, 2012), or about two months to complete this transaction:This deal was called a "step-down contract".I was allowed to close on a minimum of 12 lots at a time.

That wouldn't be a capital gain, so it would just be ordinary income.As far as when, at the least you would need to pay quarterly tax payments in order to avoid penalties at year end.

@Steven Hamilton IIyeah she pays quarterlies and this is the time of the year she finds out if she paid enough, or didn't pay enough and owes some more or what not. she don't let loose of much money around this time.as far as the loan goes, I wasn't sure if they would do 30 years on something like this. it just misses the 50% rule with a 15, so a 30 would definitely put it in the range.
