What do you think of all these cheap houses in North?

Looking to meet more people involved with real estate in Bismarck ND or other surrounding areas.

I'm specifically interested in the city, both north and south/southwest sides.

I never did short term rent it out yet but I fear it could be more hassle than it is worth, especially since my main home is 12 hours away up North.

I have narrowed down my potential real estate interests to either house hacking or live-n-flips in the Raleigh-Durham area in North Carolina.

I am primarily looking at properties in Hilltop, North Linden, Franklinton, and the various areas east of downtown.I have called a few property managers so far and they are not very responsive.

I am a Realtor in Encinitas and mostly worked in North County for the last 28 years.

I use Doug Mercurio in North Reading.

I agree the rates are north of 6 or 7 %.
