I'd be fine with doing it myself, but I'm not sure an airbnb setup would be good because of people constantly coming in and out, and risk of it being vacant. 

Asked if many people are refinancing and extending out their amortization from say 10 years back out to 15 or 20 due to refinancing at balloon periods.

There is a process to picking the market to work in and buying for both cash flow and appreciation (many people think the midwest or south is only for cash flow - not true).

We actually have a couple dozen great communities built specifically for STR and we have much much more than Disney that people come here for.

It would even shock people without money problems, that's a $5400 a year hit... 

I don't like when people say things like "rents will go up".
