I'm going to do some hunting to see where I saw it (it was for wednesday nights at a pub).

The tenant of this property is a brick and mortar retail business I own and the current market value of the property is approximately $1.5M.    

I'm a baby to this and learning the jargon so go easy on me in regards to terminology but I appreciate any ideas.

But seems efficient to go with a 12 unit or 2 six unit buildings.
