Hey all, I see quite a few posts involving determining if an area is good for MTR be it the demand/supply/pricing.

Since you’re just starting out and haven’t even seen how the property performs post-renovation, I’d say give it some time.

Managing our rentals is our full time job because the cash flow from our rentals more than replaces our prior combined corporate job income.
