I am not currently happy with the Hammonton market, so I am exploring Glassboro because of Rowan's explosive growth and the increasing property value due to how the neighborhood is improving around the school.

Hi @Jordan Gilberti just wanted to followup and see how did you make out with finding a broker of record for your situation.I am thinking exploring getting an NJ realtor license but more so for access to the MLS and look at properties at the speed that I like vs. having to wait for a realtor to get back to me.
