I have recently started a real estate investment company and looking to partner with experienced general contractors for SFH in the Austin, TX.

I had my contractor join me on a walkthrough of the place and he estimated around $2,000 for materials in repairs.

I had one of those early on with a contractor to the tune of $1500. 

If you intend to finance your flip + rehab your lender may either require significant experience with a burn out or that you hire a lic. contractor with proven experience.   

I am beginning to team build in the Knoxville area, specifically for west knoxville, and I would appreciate if someone could recommend a great mortgage broker or a great general contractor.
