The easiest, and only, way to guesstimate the property tax and things is to look at a property already built in the area that is similar to your idea and use those numbers. 

Make sure you use a company to process the payments this usually costs about 5 bucks a month in my area. 

I am in a position where adding a mother-in-law suite to my primary residence in the Pickerington area seems very likely.

@Lane Mcdonald Adding an extra bathroom in my area wouldn’t change the value that much or make it rent for more than about $75 more per month.
