To be more secure, apply for a startup business lines of credit

Fortunately, I have a little equity in my personal residence and am in the middle of applying for a cash-out refinance and a couple of wholesale deals that should be closing within the next couple of weeks.

If you're the seller, the same applies

They spend time and money applying and we believe providing a timely rejection is the only professional response.

If a section 8 tenant applies you do your normal background check like anyone else and if they qualify then the local office will schedule an inspection and provide the list of updates, if any, that need to happen. 

I would say go through and apply.

I was mainly hoping for a comprehensive list of all the firms I should be applying to.

@Todd GoedekeQRP is a broad term that applies to all Qualified Employer Plans of which there are many: 401(k), Solo 401(K), Profit Sharing,  403(b), etc.There are a few folks aggressively marketing under the label "QRP" or "eQRP" to make it sound like they have created something unique and fancy. 

Self-management and an ability to apply what is taught, stay in communication, and commit to seeing deals to the close are paramount.

Keep in mind that you can't apply for a tax abatement until you have approved building permits in hand.
