We are actually from WP originally and I used to cover Houston in my former territory, now I have Seymour.

We are looking to close on the 27th of this month but the seller needs more time to vacate. 

The neighborhoods we are either completely or mostly STR's.If every city did it this way, there would not be so many issues.I think that what is eventually going to happen is that the cities that do it right and that have a reason for tourists to visit will end up becoming much more attractive to vacationers than cities that don't.

We are both very eager to get our first property however I don't feel as though it's the right time especially for our first purchase.

We are looking for maintenance every 2 weeks.

Account Closed our next property we are buying we likely will not be owner occupying.  

So we stuck with the plan.Looking back I wished I got it even cheaper, but I can't go back and at this time we are in a joint business deal working on our first flip with season flippers.We found the flip house and have been getting calls for other properties we sent mailings to, we are currently looking trying to get in to view a 5 unit, the owner however doesn't want his tenants to know he's looking to sell but so far no luck for the viewing.

All banks I have spoke with say the same thing -“we are going to look at everything “Your w2 income your businesses your property your debt your cash reserves your savings your retirement funds .. everything and calculate from there .

We are looking to begin the application process in the next one to two weeks.
