Thanks Tom,  My recent experiences is that the 70% rule doesn't work in the market at this time.

Rents are good compared to home prices (1% rule is easy to find). 

I don't know what those rules/regs are though, maybe you'd just have to speak to multiple banks.It won't let me tag Joseph the lender above - but I'd be interested in knowing more about the FHA refi regs and why you can't refi into a conventional mortgage??

A road to access my sellers house had been there for 50+ years with no complaint by the land owners. 

We need to focus on building sustainable passive income to help us retire (if we so choose) before we're 50, right?!

They have to be firm and enforce the park rules for everyone equally.

If we all had 20/20 foresight, we’d just buy Apple or amazon or Microsoft or google stock with 50-100% annual returns sometimes and live our normal lives while our investments exploded in value.

Note: If the tenant chooses not to pay the rent increase he should continue to pay the regular rent and be prepared to pay the full amount of the rent increase if the court rules in the landlord’s favor. 

I’m finding it somewhat hard to find solid and straightforward information about the process and rules.

Read the rules of the HOA before trying short term rental.
