Yes, have an attorney draw this up after you negotiate it with a buyer.Hire a realtor to sell this for you, have him/her put in the terms sections (seller wants owner financing for the property at 7% interest for 10 years).

They can't rescind their acceptance.The kicker is that homepath can't even see any other offers because when they accepted mine the house is no longer available for anyone to put in an offer.So the only way homepath would even think to rescind it is if the listing agent tells the asset manager there's other interest.

Just use the advice from an Attorney and/or a CPA (or tax accountant) to make sure you need it and the right entity to form.Another thing you might want to consider is where to locate your office with minimum distractions.
