I was always going to come back from my trip and then re-evaluate the need for a new PMC (or not).

My partner and I took the trip from NY and we were definitely impressed. 

I will have to find a date that meshes with my work schedule so I can make the trip down.

Guess the owner is out of town, maybe on a voyage on his yacht, when he gets back I'm sure you'd hear from them.

Still it should be pretty cheap if you call around and find someone who it will save the trip all the way back to the plant ect.

You ask me about the process and how was it easy to do...well i take a few trips a year back home...I am regularly in touch with my realtors, PM, contractors, tenants via phone, text or emails.

Then, if a unit was re-done more recently, the owner might have switched to a breaker panel in the unit.It's possible for somebody to do something in a unit that would pop these fuses, but not pop the circuit breaker in the unit.Circuit breakers will allow a lot more current than they're rated for to flow for a short time - a 15 amp breaker might allow 30+ amps to flow for a second or two without tripping.
