So your points are very well taken.. plus can you imagine trying to build new construction in the C and D areas.. your materials would get stolen as quickly as they are taken to the site.. you dump your lumber pac and you cant secure the house .. you would need 24 hour security in those areas..

@Jon Ostojic One option might be to try selling a note and mortgage secured by your properties to an investor in notes.Regardless of your strategy for financing the deal, you can always present an offer to the seller in order to get the home under contract before finalizing your financing.
